About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Artist who will work closely with the creative director to produce high-quality visual content across a wide range of formats. You will use the latest AI tools to assist in concept development, world building, character design, level reference, storyboarding, and final art production. Your work will directly shape the visual identity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Storyboard concepts for Cinematics and Gameplay flows


2. World building concepts for entire areas


3. Moodboard creation for entire areas


4. 2D character concepts


5. 2D level concepts


6. 3D character reference and final arts


7. 3D level reference and final arts


8. Poster design (highest quality standard)


9. Branding decks for Webnovel, Webtoon, Game, and Event-related items


10. Marketing materials: Goods and Merchandise


11. Animatics creation: 1st pass videos for Cinematics and Gameplay flows


12. Marketing videos


13. Character Signature Skill Animation videos (Animation, FX)

Requirements
- Strong proficiency with AI image generation and video tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kling, Runway, etc.)
- Familiarity with 2D and 3D modeling workflows and video creation AI software
- Ability to work closely with the creative director and follow a defined visual concept and vision
- Fast work speed with consistent output quality
- Strong understanding of or enthusiasm for fantasy games, webtoons, web novels, movies, and animation content
- Ability to make swift creative decisions and selections based on provided references
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote, async workflow

Compensation & Details

Salary Range: $20,000 – $30,000 USD per year
- 100% Remote
- Start date: As soon as possible
