AI Developer – 100% Remote
We are looking for an AI Developer to summarize a high-impact international project, focused on the design and deployment of Artificial Intelligence solutions and Copilot agents to automate and optimize project and supplier management processes.

Responsabilidades principales
Design, develop and train Machine Learning models using Python and AI frameworks.
Create and customize AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Implementation of conversational flows and autonomous agents integrated with Microsoft 365.
Deploy and monitor AI solutions in Azure, ensuring performance and reliability.
Integrate models and agents with existing applications and data sources (SharePoint, SQL, M365).
Documentar desarrollos y segurar cumplimento de seguridad y privacidad standards.
Requirements
+3 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI / ML.
Proficiency in Python and experience with Azure AI / Azure Machine Learning.
Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, vector stores.
Integrations with SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SQL.
Experience in prompt engineering, grounding and retrieval-based design.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven)
Power Automation
Dataverse
Solid bases en:
Azure AD / OAuth
REST APIs
Security, governance and access control
Desirable requirements
Experience in enterprise solutions with responsible AI.
Knowledge of low-code + AI architectures.
Experience in automation of corporate processes.
