The
Remote AI Implementation Specialist
will join a fast-moving team aligned with CEO and Operations to transform ideas into working AI-powered solutions across recruiting, sales, marketing, and back-office operations. This role focuses on hands-on building, prototyping, and delivering practical tools that accelerate business outcomes, while staying aligned with company growth and client needs in North America and Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design, test, and iterate production-ready AI workflows across recruiting, sales, marketing, and back-office operations.
Develop AI skills and reusable automation components for talent screening, vetting, assessments, lead qualification, deal closing, and communications.
Build and deploy AI agents to support intake, seller communication, transition coordination, pricing analysis, and operational task management.
Establish evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, compliance, and performance of AI outputs, with emphasis on client-facing and financial workflows.
Optimize cost, latency, and model selection; monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues to ensure reliability and strong user experience.
Write prompts and custom instructions for internal AI environments (e.g., Claude Projects) and other platforms.
Create lightweight web apps and internal tools to support acquisitions, renovation tracking, estate sale management, client onboarding, and KPI dashboards.
Design and maintain server integrations to ensure seamless data flow between CRM, accounting, operations, and AI systems.
Ensure AI systems enforce proper permission boundaries and secure handling of sensitive client and financial data.
Collaborate with leadership to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new AI-driven revenue and efficiency initiatives.
Document systems, maintain internal AI playbooks, and continuously improve architecture for scalability as the company expands nationally.
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and propose practical implementations aligned with growth objectives.

Requirements & Profile
What Success Looks Like
: Ship multiple production AI tools used daily by internal teams; establish a reusable deployment pattern for future builds.
Required
:
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
Experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Ability to build and deploy web applications (e.g., via Vercel, AWS, or similar).
Familiarity with databases (Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, or similar).
Experience designing AI systems with proper permission and data boundaries.
Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code review).
Strong debugging skills across AI and system integrations.
Self-directed and productive while working remotely.
Comfort with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
