Land Acquisition Intern - Real Estate Development Gateway to the entire BuildShare development cycle. Identify and qualify batches and assemblies in our target markets in the US using Regrid, GIS data and our internal AI agents. Performs parcel-level analysis (zoning, amenities, flooding, comparables), initiates conversations with sellers and brokers in the US via LOIs (letters of intent), and feeds calculated business into the land-based CRM. Ideal for advanced students or recent graduates in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate or Business, with a good level of English and an analytical mindset.
