You will own the design and construction of the interface layer that turns multi-agent AI systems into experiences users trust deeply. This role sits at the intersection of AI orchestration and product interface: bidirectional state synchronization between agents and UI, branching workflows, streaming outputs, interruptible tasks, and agents that manage dependencies rather than force linear paths. You will lead the modernization of a legacy product surface toward a native AI experience, using AI tools to accelerate the migration itself. The work demands thinking of AI and UX as a single problem, not two. You operate with full autonomy on architecture decisions, contract design between AI and UI, and real-time state management under load.

Design and build the interface layer that transforms multi-agent AI systems into trusted user experiences, maintaining bidirectional state between AI and UI in real time
Own the contract between AI and UI: how agent outputs map to dynamic interfaces, how state moves between client and server, how latency and failures are handled gracefully
Lead modernization of a legacy product surface toward native AI architecture, using AI tooling to accelerate migration
Architect both sides of the AI-UI boundary: the backend that exposes state and accepts updates, and the UI that consumes and controls it, keeping both synchronized through non-linear user workflows

Senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience shipping production software
Deep experience designing and shipping AI-powered product experiences: agent-driven interfaces, streaming outputs, non-linear flows, bidirectional synchronization between AI state and UI state
Practical fluency with LLM orchestration patterns (LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or equivalent) from the product side; you know what makes agent outputs render well and what breaks them
Extensive experience with event-driven real-time architectures that keep client and server synchronized under load
Proven track record modernizing existing products into AI-native experiences within real codebase constraints
C1 English level or higher
