Job Description

We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer with a strong technical foundation
and hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our
team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing
effective AI interactions and integrating AI into real-world business
applications. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders to ensure AI-driven solutions are reliable, explainable, and
aligned with business needs, playing a key role in shaping how AI is applied
across systems and workflows.

*This is a short-term engagement (4-6 months)

**Responsibilities:**

* Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts for LLMs to support content generation, automation, and analysis.

* Develop and refine prompt strategies, including prompt chaining, iteration, and evaluation.

* Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, and actionable.

* Integrate AI capabilities into applications using sound software design and architecture principles.

* Evaluate AI model performance and continuously improve prompt effectiveness.

* Build frameworks and guidelines for prompt engineering best practices.

* Work with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve outputs.

* Analyze data outputs to identify inconsistencies, biases, or areas for improvement.

* Support the development of AI-driven workflows and automation pipelines.

* Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions and use cases.

* Collaborate in cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

* Document prompt strategies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing.

* Stay up to date with emerging trends in LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.

**Requirements:**

* 5–8 years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.

* Proven hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering and LLMs.

* Strong understanding of prompt design, prompt chaining, evaluation, and iteration.

* Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.

* Ability to apply software architecture and design principles when integrating AI.

* Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts.

* Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

* Familiarity with SDLC, agile and engineering best practices.

**Nice to Have:**

* Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).

* Experience with Claude Code or similar AI development environments.

* Understanding of data science concepts, including data quality and limitations.

* Experience with C#, TypeScript, and/or SQL
