That world is here.\nWere looking for a AI Senior Customer Service Executive someone who doesnt just respond to customers, but manages and improves an AI-powered support system.\nIn this role, youll operate like a manager but your team is AI.\nWhat youll do\nYoull work in two core modes:\n Help the customer\nReview and refine AI-generated responses\nHandle complex or sensitive escalations\nApply judgment where AI falls short\n Improve the system\nUpgrade knowledge bases and workflows\nIdentify and fix systemic issues\nBuild operational context (customers, products, policies)\nContinuously train and optimize AI performance\nWhat makes this role unique\nThis is not a traditional support role.\nIt blends:\nAI management\nStakeholder communication\nStrategic thinking\nHands-on execution (when needed)\nYour main tool?
