Job Description

Main responsibilities:
•\ Inspect claims on site: confirm assignment, coordinate visits and prepare the insured's declaration.
•\ Assess damage and risks: document photographic evidence, classify losses and prepare inspection minutes.
•\ Adjust the claim: analyze documentation, calculate insured values, depreciations and compensable proportions.
•\ Issue technical reports and compensation proposals with clarity, precision and documentary support.
•\ Provide empathetic and transparent attention to the insured throughout the entire process.
•\ Comply with current regulations, applying technical and ethical criteria in each opinion.
•\ Use of the BARUC Management system (ERP)
