Amazon Marketplace Specialist (English) - Full-Time, Remote, Freelance for a Canadian company.

Position Description:
As Amazon Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for building and growing the company's presence on Amazon in Canada and the United States. This is a full remote position. You will report directly to the responsible person of E-Commerce & Webmarketing Canada / USA.
We are at the very beginning of building this Amazon account — which means everything is still to be built. This is a rare opportunity to shape a channel from the ground up, with real ownership and impact from day one.
The role is expected to evolve as the account grows, offering strong potential for increasing responsibilities over time. A commission structure is also possible, based on the growth of Amazon sales — rewarding your direct contribution to the channel's success.
Requirements:
- Solid C1 English level
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central
- Knowledge of Amazon listing rules (FBM & FBA)
- Knowledge of A+ Content / Brand Store
Experience with Content Creation:
- Visual creation with AI tools (Nanobanana, Scalable, Gemini, etc.)
- Visual creation with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Integration: Listing of top products in FBM or FBA mode. Before any new listing, analyze competitor products to understand how to optimize.
- Keyword Research & Integration: Identify high-potential keywords and integrate them strategically into all listings.
- Visual Creation & Content: Create a standard visual template for all products (format, colors, typography, logo placement), then adapt it product by product.
- AI Visual Creation Tools: Master AI image generation/editing tools — Nanobanana, Scalable, Gemini, or equivalents — to accelerate visual production.
- Brand Store Creation and Updates: Design and publish the Brand Store on Amazon: page architecture, content, banners, and links to featured products.
- Brand Story Creation: Write and illustrate the Brand Story (A+ Store module) to present the company's history and values to visitors.
- Competitive Monitoring & Pricing: Monitor competitor prices and actions to recommend pricing and positioning adjustments.
- Amazon Support & Account Management: Open cases with Amazon support to unblock certain products and handle other account management tasks as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Freelance contract: permanent position with a contract renewable every 180 days; either party may terminate it with 10 days' prior notice.
- Compensation: Competitive fees, in accordance with the candidate's experience and profile.
- Possible commission structure, based on the growth of Amazon sales
- 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Core hours from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST (Quebec, Canada local time); the remainder of the schedule is flexible.
- Public holidays are unpaid due to the freelance nature of the contract.
