Job Description

An important company in the industrial sector, specialized in gases and services, is looking for a Back Office Analyst to join its team.

The objective of the position is to manage and analyze internal and client requests, ensuring the correct execution of system processes and compliance with defined deadlines, contributing to operational continuity and quality of service.

Main responsibilities:
- Entry and management of sales requirements in the system (SAP)
- Validation of commercial conditions and order tracking
- Management of quotes and price inquiries
- Review of stock and inventories to report availability
- Registration and monitoring of complaints in internal systems
- Updating and maintaining customer data in the system
- Coordination of orders for installation and removal of equipment
- Management of corporate accounts and internal requests
- Support in the continuity of cases through monitoring and closure
- Compliance with Safety, Quality and Integrity policies

Conditions of the position:
Teleworking modality
- Day under 4x3 system

Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday:
- 08:00 to 18:30 hrs
- 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Monday to Friday shifts:
- 08:00 to 16:30 hrs
- 08:30 to 17:00 hrs
- 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Approximate net income of $867,000
- Contract initially for a fixed term of 2 + 2 months, with the possibility of becoming indefinite
- Estimated start May 2026

Requirements:
- Medium or higher level technician in administrative or related areas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or back office functions
- User level PC management
- Ideal SAP management (not exclusive)
