Job Description

An important company in the industrial sector, specialized in gases and services, is looking for Back Office HomeCare Analysts to join its customer service and management team.

The objective of the position is to manage and analyze customer requests and requirements, ensuring timely responses, operational continuity and compliance with internal processes, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main responsibilities
- Entry and management of requirements in SAP system.
- Validation of commercial conditions and monitoring of shipments.
- Management of quotes and price queries.
- Review of stock and inventories.
- Registration and monitoring of complaints in internal systems.
- Updating and modifying customer data in the system.
- Administration and response of corporate WhatsApp channel.
- Coordination of installation and removal of equipment.
- Management of corporate accounts and internal requirements.
- Creation of patients and management of authorizations in SAP.
- Support in commercial queries and customer orientation.
- Compliance with Safety, Quality and Integrity policies.

Conditions of the position
- Modality: Teleworking
- Working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday

- SHIFT A: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 18:30 hrs
- SHIFT B: Monday to Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- SHIFT C: Monday to Sunday from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- SHIFT D: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 hrs
- SHIFT E: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 hrs
- SHIFT F: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 hrs
- SHIFT G: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- H SHIFT: Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Net income: $940,000 approx.

Contract: Fixed term 2 + 2 months, then indefinite.

Requirements
- Complete secondary education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, back office, call center or customer service positions.
- User level PC management.
- Ideal SAP management (not exclusive).
- Availability to work rotating and night shifts.
