This role is key to the execution of analytics projects for global mass consumer brands (CPG). We offer a clear growth route towards BI Analyst Senior, with continuous internal formation and progressive increase in responsibilities.

Your Objective in the Role:
Execute and operate autonomously BI projects under our own methodology (GLM Analytics), assuring the collection, validation and analysis of information to generate dashboards and actionable insights that guide the decision making of large brands.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Gestión de Datos: Leading the pillars of Data Collection, Data Validation, Data Analytics and Data Advisor.
- Diseño de Dashboards: Raise business requirements and construct control tables and KPIs and BI tools.
- Procesamiento ETL: Extract, transform and validate information from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, BigQuery).
- Optimization: Detect data incidents and propose improvements in reporting flows to gain efficiency.
- Documentation: Estructuring processes, business rules and assigned data flows.

Profile requirements:
- Formación: En Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Administración, Mercadoo o carreras affines.
- Experience: Mínimo 2 years (preferable) in roles of BI, data analysis or commercial intelligence.
- Technical Dominion: * Advanced Excel: Expert management of Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Databases: Knowledge of SQL (MySQL / BigQuery).
- Visualization: Solid experience in Power BI (Desirable Tableau or Looker Studio).
- Languages: Nivel de inglés avanzado (highly desirable).
- Competencies: Analytical thinking, self-management, orientation and results and effective communication.
