At GomezLee Marketing, a leader in Trade Marketing with presence in 12 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, we are looking for a talent with an analytical mindset to join our Business Intelligence team.

This role is key for the execution of analytics projects for global consumer brands (CPG). We offer a clear growth path as a Senior BI Analyst, with continuous internal training and progressive increase in responsibilities.

Your objective in the role:
Autonomously execute and operate BI projects based on our own methodology (GLM Analytics), ensuring the collection, validation and analysis of information to generate actionable dashboards and insights that guide the decisions of large brands.

Main Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Liderar the pilares of Data Collection, Data Validation, Data Analytics and Data Advisor.
- Dashboards design: Remove business requirements and build control tables and KPIs in BI management.
- ETL Process: Extraer, transform and validate information from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, BigQuery).
- Optimization: Detect data impacts and propose improvements in reporting flows to increase efficiency.
- Documentation: Establish processes, business rules and assigned data flows.

Perfil Requirements:
- Formation: Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, Market or finer careers.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferable) in BI, data analytics or commercial intelligence roles.
- Technical Domain: Expert management of Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Data Bases: Understanding SQL (MySQL / BigQuery).
- Visualization: Experience in Power BI (Desable Tableau or Looker Studio).
- Competences: Analytical thinking, self-management, result orientation and effective communication.

- Salary: 1,800,000 + 450,000 Variable + 162,000 Transport assistant + Telephone assignment + 300,000 Transport assignment
