PROFILE:\nWe are looking for a professional to lead and execute purchasing and supply processes from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, transparency and generation of value for the organization. Will be responsible for structuring competitive processes, evaluating offers and accompanying decision making until award.\nTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:\nProfessional in areas of Engineering, Administration or related areas, with a minimum general experience of five (5) years and specific experience of four (4) years in management and attention to Supply Chain Management processes (RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Others, Contracts), in operators, service or energy companies (gas, electric, thermal, mining, etc.) - They are not accepted from other sectors.\nFUNCTIONS:\nManage end-to-end purchasing processes, from the definition of the requirement to the award.\nPrepare specifications, terms of reference and bidding documents.\nDesign and execute competitive processes (RFP, RFQ, tenders).\nAnalyze and compare technical and economic proposals.\nCoordinate and lead negotiation processes with suppliers to optimize resources.\nPrepare award recommendations with technical and financial support.\nEnsure compliance with policies, times and process standards.\nManage multiple processes simultaneously, maintaining traceability and documentary order.\nPrepare weekly report to monitor the execution of the processes.\nDocument the activities carried out in the database. \nManage the purchasing process in accordance with the defined procedures.\nProcess management through the client's ERP platform.\nKNOWLEDGE IN:\nSupply processes or SCM - RFI, RFP, Service Orders, Others, Contracts.\nPreparation of evaluation matrices.\nTechnical and economic analysis of offers.\nManagement of office tools and advanced Excel.\nMastery and management of ERP: SAP for Supply processes.\nMAIN SKILLS:\nAssertive communication\nNegotiation, Ability to manage and relate to suppliers\nCritical thinking and Attention to detail\nInternal and external customer service\nEthics and integrity\nTeamwork\nResults orientation\nAdaptation to rapid changes and highly complex situations.\nCONTRACT TYPE: Work or work\nModality: Teleworking",
