Telecommunications Company is looking for a Database Analyst. \n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n Education: University (bachelor or graduate in statistics or related fields)\n Specialty: Data Scientist, Data Science, Statistics or Computer Statistics.\n Technical Knowledge: Portfolio segmentation methodologies, data mining,\n Software R, Python, Rapid Miner, SQL, office at an advanced level.\n Preferably, with knowledge of call center indicators. Data communication and storytelling skills.\n Training: Data mining, segmentation techniques, Business analytics.\n Previous experience: Minimum 1 year in similar functions in banks, retail or other call\ncenters.\n Have tools for remote work\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\n Implementation of a strategic and predictive model for the business:\n Implement purchase propensity and payment propensity models to apply them in the sales programs. Determine the Segments or Clusters considering purchase and payment propensity. Score the databases based on the probabilistic model, they will appear with that information on the dialer. Analyze and determine the quality, effectiveness or performance of the databases (potentiality). Presentations, follow-up reports, sales projections and achievement of goals and/or KPIs. in Excel and taken to Power BI (preferably).\n Implementation of an appropriate and optimal strategy model for the business:\n Develop strategies to be executed by the Best schedules and channels to call,\nbest contact telephone number, among other options for improvement in the services provided\nto be executed by the GTR team.\n Daily coordination with GTR for the execution of the management strategy of the\nsegments identified according to their potential in the DB. Guarantee its permanent updating.\n Suggest operational improvements, related to the administration of DB, loading and reloading of\nDB, better hours and channels to call, better contact telephone number.\n Execute processes of normalization and analysis of the DB of procedures carried out in the\ncontact center (Historical Management Base) to increase the effectiveness of the campaigns\nasigned through statistical segmentation techniques, generating statistical models\npropensity for success in the management.\n Build reports with metrics referring to the management of each database and constant feedback to the\nOperations Area for decision making.\n Participate and collaborate with meetings to monitor and control compliance with the\nindicators on the management of the Databases.\n Other functions inherent to the position assigned by the immediate superior.\n\nWE OFFER:\n1.
