Main responsibilities of the position
Design, implement and maintain network infrastructures and systems that support hybrid and cloud environments (AWS).
Manage connectivity, VPNs, firewalls and network segmentation to ensure security and performance.
Monitor, analyze and respond to infrastructure incidents, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with DevOps, security and support teams to automate processes and deployments.
Optimize network and service performance, managing updates and patches without significant interruptions.
Document architectures, operating procedures and incident resolution guides.

Description
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with experience in networks, AWS, Mikrotik and VPN, capable of managing multiple tools remotely.
Certifications in networks (CCNA/CCNP) or in AWS (CAA/SAA/SysOps).
Experience with Mikrotik, site-to-site VPNs and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
Knowledge of automation and scripting tools for deployments and maintenance.
Ability to work in multicultural and high-demand environments.

Desirable requirements
Ability to operate in a global environment, with knowledge of good network practices, security and system reliability.
Technical and analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, plan improvements and safely execute changes.
Communication skills to coordinate with distributed teams and document solutions clearly.
Previous experience in 24/7 environments, incident management and failure response, with a focus on operational continuity.
