Hours:

Monthly dates fall from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Rotating schedules — 44 hours per week.

Objective of the position

Provide administrative and operational support for the commercial cycle through information management, CRM updating, opportunity tracking and commercial process coordination, ensuring operational efficiency and timely support for the sales team.

Manage and update commercial information in CRM.
Monitor leads, opportunities and commercial pipeline.
Operatively support the sales team.
Manage databases and commercial documentation.
Validate information and bring customers.
Prepare reports and monitor indicators.
Coordinate administrative activities related to the commercial cycle.
Ensure updating and control of commercial status.
Support initiatives and processes in the commercial area.
