Purpose of the position
Responsible for organizing, structuring and analyzing the company's financial and administrative information, ensuring control, order and traceability in accounting and operational data.
The position requires high command of Excel, analytical skills and a strong focus on order, consistency and standardization of reports. ESSENTIAL
Experience in tax reporting under the technological platform regime is a PLUS
Main responsibilities
Control and organization of information
Consolidate and organize financial and operational information of the company.
Maintain organized and updated databases in Excel.
Standardize administrative and financial reporting formats.
Validate consistency and quality of data used in reports.
Maintain documentary control and information backup.
Administrative and financial analysis
Preparation of weekly and monthly financial performance reports.
Analysis of income, expenses and margins.
Identification of deviations against budgets.
Support in budgeting and financial projections.
Generation of reports for management.
Administrative accounting management
Support in bank reconciliations.
Validation of income and expenses.
Control of accounts payable and receivable.
Support in preparing information for external or tax accounting.
Reporting and dashboards
Construction of dashboards and reports in Excel to monitor KPIs.
Automation of reports using advanced formulas.
Consolidation of information from different platforms.",
