At ADN Human Resources we are looking for an Accounting Analyst with advanced English and experience in finance to join an international project under the position of FinOps Markets Associate.

The opportunity is aimed at analytical professionals, with a strong process orientation, continuous improvement and management of large volumes of information, who wish to develop in an agile, dynamic and 100% remote environment, with payment in USD.

What will your role be?
The position is key to guaranteeing the company's comprehensive financial flow. You will be responsible for validating, analyzing and supervising financial flows, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Main responsibilities
Execute transactional flow reconciliation processes, ensuring their correct registration and compliance with audits.
Analyze the results of automated reconciliations, detecting discrepancies and possible deviations.
Ensure the correct execution of the processes within the committed SLAs.
Identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Propose continuous improvements in financial and operational processes.

Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields (exclusive).
Previous experience in internal or external auditing, reconciliations, business assurance or financial/operational positions in multinational companies.
Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
Experience in handling large volumes of data and identifying patterns.
Advanced Excel and advanced Google Sheets (exclusive).
Knowledge of Simetrik, BI and SQL tools will be an advantage.
Advanced English, solid B2 level or C1+ (oral and written).
Proactive, organized profile, with good time management and the ability to adapt to changing contexts.

Contract conditions
4-month project, with the possibility of continuity.
Full-time work day, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
100% remote mode.
Working hours: GMT-3.
Immediate availability.
Residence in Argentina, Uruguay or Chile.

Compensation
Salary in USD, with a cap of USD 3000 depending on seniority and experience.
