We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join the Accounting Deputy Management and participate in a key project within our operation in Rancagua. This role will support the costing process (accounting-productive), the generation of cost reports and the continuous improvement of accounting processes, with a focus on the accuracy of information for decision making and compliance with internal and legal regulations. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering value through efficient accounting solutions, automation and support to different business areas. The position will contribute to the preparation of consolidated and individual financial statements, and the development of customized reports for internal and external clients, promoting continuous improvement practices and technological automation.

Functions of the position
Analyze, design and develop processes and policies associated with the costing (accounting-productive) of the assigned units, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and providing accurate and timely information for decision making.
Generate cost process reports for the preparation of financial statements at an individual and consolidated level, ensuring the delivery of accurate information for management and decision making.
Advise and support internal and external clients, answering questions about the costing process (conceptual and systemic) and preparing personalized reports that comply with regulations and contribute to organizational objectives.
Promote continuous improvement of accounting processes, promoting automation and technological innovation to optimize flows and controls.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with accounting, auditing or related training to join our Accounting Assistant Management in Rancagua. Requirements: advanced knowledge of Office (Macros) and SAP; Knowledge of Query and Power Apps is desirable; At least 1 year of experience in accounting areas. The objective of the position is to analyze and manage costing to support business management, ensuring the accuracy of the information for decision making and compliance with internal and legal regulations. Additional experience in automation of accounting processes, knowledge of data analysis tools, ability to work under pressure and orientation to continuous improvement will be an advantage. Communication skills, teamwork, proactivity and results orientation are valued. Experience in manufacturing or production environments and familiarity with local accounting regulations is recommended.
