Mission:\nManage and track the documentation of new and existing clients according to state requirements to support daily operations.\n\nFunctions: \nDocument management and validation: Receive, review and validate documentation from new agencies and agents, ensuring compliance with state, tax and regulatory requirements (OFAC, IRS, FINCEN).\nCoordination with internal teams: Collaborate with sales, risk and compliance to evaluate profiles, assign initial credit and validate mandatory training before the start of operations.\nData and location verification: Confirm accuracy in system data, address validation (Maps/USPS), business images and correctly signed contracts.\nService activation and operational management: Activate products and services such as TDD, Money Order and check scanners; manage bank subaccounts and payment/commission configurations.\nUpdating and maintaining information: Make modifications to personal data, addresses, and continuous maintenance of agent profiles in the system.",
