At Grupo Imagen Multimedia, we are looking for an organized, dynamic person with great management skills to join us as a Substitute Foreign Agency Analyst. This role is essential to ensure that our content reaches its destination on time and that the administrative operation with our external agencies is impeccable.

How will you contribute?

You will supervise the distribution of copies intended for sale in the various foreign agencies under your charge.
You will promptly monitor payment cycles and weekly sales returns.
You will guarantee logistics, ensuring that each copy is delivered correctly to its final destination.
You will manage the administrative part, preparing billing requests and memos for credit notes.
You will coordinate the delivery of copies to other commercial areas of the company.
You will generate operational reports, including foreign shooting acknowledgments and labels on a daily basis.

Technical skills: Fluent computer skills and intermediate level of Excel.
Administrative capacity: Faculty for process management and documentary control.
Proactive person, with initiative and great ability to work as a team under pressure.
Solution focus: Ability to solve logistical problems in an agile and efficient manner.
