We are looking for you!\nAt Workmate, we are looking for Talent Attraction Analysts for an important client in the Construction industry, for a 1-month project.\n\nFunctions:\nCarry out the analysis of recruitment and selection requirements, based on these the publication of recruitment notices.\nCarry out the activities associated with reception and curricular filtering; as well as the coordination of evaluation interviews with preselected candidates.\nCarry out the application and analysis of psychological tests, generating reports associated with the results obtained, and the checking of professional references.\nCarry out the coordination of the selection interview with the client area of the process.\nCarry out the continuous maintenance of the candidate selection and recruitment bases.\n\nRequirements:\nGraduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or Engineering commercial.\nExperience in Recruitment and Selection\n\nConditions:\nDays: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:20 hrs\nMode: Teleworking\n\nImportant Information:\n People of foreign nationality must have a Permanent Visa.\n To enter, the Selection process must be approved 100%.\n Our selection process does not contemplate disbursement or payment of any money.\nWorkmate is committed to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities.
