At Workmate, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team.

Your Functions Will Be:
Carry out the recruitment, selection and entry processes of personnel.
Execute the request and sending of the necessary documentation for the hiring and accreditation of the selected personnel.
Propose and analyze sources of personnel recruitment.
Maintain available statistical information related to Talent Attraction processes.
Comply with the security policies of the project and company, whether teleworking or in an assigned location.

Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
At least 6 months in similar position.
Academic training: Psychologist (exclusive).
