Job Description

We are looking for an Automation and Data Analyst with strong analytical and technical capacity, aimed at designing solutions that optimize operational processes through automation, data processing and generation of useful information for decision making.
The position will have a key role in the identification of manual or repetitive processes, transforming them into automated solutions using programming, databases and analytical tools, generating direct impact on operational efficiency, control and scalability of the area.

Lift operational processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Build data transformation, cleaning and validation processes.
Integrate information from databases into automated flows.
Develop simple data processing pipelines.
Prepare operational reports and visualizations to monitor indicators.
Document solutions developed for operational continuity.
Work with internal teams to define requirements and functional validation.
Prioritize developments according to business impact and operational urgency.
Propose continuous improvements in processes, controls and reporting.

Exclusionary
Development in Python (automation / data processing).
Advanced use of Microsoft SQL Server / SQL.
Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Management of libraries such as pandas, openpyxl, pyodbc or similar.
Ability to analyze processes and logical modeling of solutions.
Autonomy in technical execution.

Knowledge of Git/version control.
Experience building data pipelines.
Knowledge of data visualization with Power BI or other tools.
Experience in financial industries, operations or data-intensive areas.
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint.
