We want you to be part of this great team!\n \nWhat are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a Process Quality Analyst to join the Quality Management and collaborate in the survey, analysis and improvement of the organization's processes. Your main challenge will be to understand how the different areas work, document current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and accompany initiatives of standardization, automation and incorporation of new technologies that contribute to increasing operational efficiency.\n\nMode: Remote\nWorking day: Full Time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.\n \nWhat will be your responsibilities?\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nReview processes with the different areas of the company through interviews and meetings work.\nDocument and keep processes, procedures and instructions updated using flow charts and standardized documentation.\nAnalyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and standardization.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and collaborate on initiatives to incorporate Artificial Intelligence that contribute to optimizing the organization's processes.\nPrepare improvement proposals and collaborate in their implementation together with the areas involved.\nMonitor process indicators and prepare reports for the Management.\nParticipate in internal audits and collaborate in the monitoring of action plans.\nKeep the documentation of the Quality Management System updated.\nParticipation in transversal projects with all areas of the organization.\nPossibilities for professional development in continuous improvement, process automation and Artificial Intelligence applied to the business.\nWhat do we need?\nThat you have:\nAdvanced student or graduate of Systems Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Systems Analyst or careers Related profiles.\nProfiles from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other careers oriented to processes and continuous improvement will also be valued\nBetween 1 and 3 years of experience in analysis, documentation or process improvement.\nExperience surveying and documenting business processes.\nManagement of process diagramming and modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler or similar).\nAnalytical capacity and good communication skills.\nProactivity, thinking critical, ability to work with multiple areas\nGood to have\nBasic knowledge of BPMN, UML or similar process modeling tools.\nBasic knowledge of ISO 9001 or continuous improvement.\nInterest in new technologies, automation and Artificial Intelligence applied to processes.\nBasic use of Power BI or similar data analysis tools.\nCuriosity to learn new tools and technologies aimed at continuous improvement.\nWe offer excellent benefits, growth opportunities and we will accompany you in your professional development.\nAt Ecosystems Global we believe that diversity enriches our culture and perspectives, which is why we actively foster an inclusive environment where each individual, regardless of their origin, gender, orientation, abilities or beliefs, is not only welcome, but also fundamental to our success.
