We are looking for a Quality Analyst in Insurance Retention
Modality: Teleworking
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Contract type: Fixed term

What will your role be?

Listen and analyze insurance sales calls, ensuring compliance with service protocols and scripts established for the sale.

Requirements:

- Secondary or Higher Education (exclusive).
- Minimum experience of 1 year in banking products: insurance, withholdings, Collections, banking products (exclusive).
- Knowledge of banking/financial services and products and customer service is desirable.
- Management of computer tools at the user level.
- Experience in teleworking tools (exclusive).
