Job Description
Service company requires to incorporate a professional as a Supplier Qualification Analyst on a subcontract basis, who will have the responsibility of carrying out the activities to manage a start-to-finish qualification of the company's suppliers.
Features:
Qualification cycle management: Lead the supplier qualification process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Technical Support and Accompaniment: Guide suppliers in the use of the Webuy platform, resolving incidents in loading information and selecting categories (GM).
Document audit: Thoroughly verify the technical, labor, legal, financial, safety and sustainability documentation uploaded by suppliers.
Non-conformity management: Detect gaps or missing documents, managing the necessary corrections directly with the supplier to advance the process.
Interdepartmental coordination: Refer files to the evaluation areas, track reviews and prepare documentation for the respective committees.
Management control and reporting: Keep the database (backlog) updated, manage renewals 6 months in advance and issue weekly status reports for Quality and Purchasing.
Training and experience:
· Education: Engineering Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Accounting or related field.
· Experience: Minimum 2 years carrying out evaluations or qualification of suppliers.
