It is essential to have in-depth knowledge of Time Series (Prophet, ARIMA, Recurrent Neural Networks) and Machine Learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, ShapValues). The role requires applying Operations Research and Queuing Theory (Erlang B and C) along with Contact Center metrics.
