At FactorIT, we work on Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence solutions for regional clients in Latin America. The Business Continuity and Information Security team is responsible for identifying and mitigating operational and technological risks, ensuring the continuity of critical services in regulated and complex environments. The Analyst will support the Business Continuity Coordinator in the identification, analysis and monitoring of risks, collaborating with technology, business and project teams to maintain organizational resilience and the continuity of key processes. You will be part of a unit focused on good practices, regulatory compliance and continuous improvements for the continuity and security of information in a company in regional expansion.

Main functions
Identify and analyze operational and technological risks that may affect business continuity.
Prepare pre-BIA for new processes or adjustments to critical processes impacted by changes.
Follow up on continuity action plans, ensuring progress and timely closure.
Assist in the evaluation of critical and specific suppliers, in accordance with regulatory requirements and good Business Continuity and Security practices.
Collaborate with technological, business and project teams to gather relevant information about processes, dependencies and critical points.
Provide transversal support to the area of operational continuity and resilience in tasks, documentation and complementary initiatives.
Requirements and experience
We are looking for a professional with basic or intermediate knowledge in Business Continuity, technology, operational risk management and/or information security. Understanding of technological environments, process automation and dependence on suppliers is valued. Experience in cross-cutting projects or regulated environments is considered desirable. Proactive skills, collaborative work, active listening, empathy, respectful communication and excellent organization to follow up on commitments. Ability to work with technical and business teams, adaptability and results orientation in a dynamic environment oriented to continuous improvement is required.
Desirable requirements
Working knowledge of BIA or pre-BIA processes, familiarity with continuity and risk management frameworks, and experience in environments with information security regulations. Previous experience in services for clients in regulated sectors and ability to analyze impacts on critical processes will be valued.
