We are looking for a professional with experience in quantification of plans (takeoffs) and support in construction budgets. The person will work remotely supporting projects in the United States, mainly in the area of ​​commercial painting and drywall.

It is essential to be able to read technical plans in English.

Roles and Responsibilities
\ •\ Analyze architectural and structural plans (PDF/digital)
\ •\ Perform quantification of:
\ •\ Walls (drywall, CMU, concrete)
\ •\ Ceilings / ceilings
\ •\ Metal doors and frames
\ •\ Columns and structural elements
\ •\ Calculate surfaces (m² / ft²)
\ •\ Determine the number of sheets of drywall needed
\ •\ Detect inconsistencies or unclear scopes in plans
\ •\ Prepare quantification sheets in Excel / Google Sheets
\ •\ Assist in budget preparation
