We are looking for someone who makes decisions based on KPIs, manages budgets and optimizes Product Ads campaigns on a constant basis.\n\nJob tasks:\nComprehensive management of Mercado Ads / Product Ads campaigns.\nAnalysis and monitoring of key KPIs: ROAS, ACOS, NMV, NSI, among others.\nAutonomous decision making based on metrics (pause, escalate, optimize campaigns).\nContinuous campaign optimization and efficient budget management.\nPermanent monitoring of account performance.\nStatistical analysis and preparation of actionable conclusions.\nClear communication of results and performance.\nWork with multiple e-commerce accounts.\n Exclusive requirements\nMinimum experience of 2 to 3 years managing Mercado Ads campaigns in certified Mercado Libre agencies.\nOfficial certifications from the Mercado Ads Academy approved.\nVerifiable experience in Mercado Free.\nAnalytical profile, with a strong understanding of KPIs and applied statistics.\nAbility to work autonomously and results-oriented.\nFull-time availability and commitment to a permanent role.\nHaving worked in agencies recognized and certified by Mercado Libre will be especially valued.\nPrevious experience managing accounts in different areas.\nAdditional training in academies linked to Mercado Libre.\n Hiring conditions\nModality: Through Monotributo.\nStart as a monotributista, with projection to incorporation as an employee..\nReal possibility of growth according to performance.\n100% remote from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.\nAt Nexo Group we provide services of: selection, hiring and personnel administration, as well as comprehensive growth consulting and temporary personnel.
