General function\nDeal directly with the client, coordinate the flow of requests from clients and contractors for the issuance of Compliance and Extracontractual Civil Liability policies, and manage the placement and analysis of said policies.\nRequirements\nEducation: Technician or technologist in insurance or in administrative area (replaceable by 3 additional years of experience).\nExperience: Minimum 3 years (not essential if you are an insurance technician/technologist), in accordance with CE 050 of 2015.\nTraining:\nBasic use of MS Office\nCustomer service and attention\nPolicy registration and issuance platforms\nSuitability according to CE 050/2016\nSpecific functions\nReceive and analyze contracts to identify risks and coverage\nDistribute requests among analysts for issuance\nReview and control issued policies (Compliance and CR Non-contractual)\nNegotiate conditions with insurers and manage the issuance\nProcess client requests with the insurers\nReview annexes for issuance, renewal or modification\nControl declarations in floating policies\nAnswer calls from clients and insurers\nRecord contract information in the system\nKey skills\nEffective communication, teamwork, numerical analysis, customer orientation, problem solving, attention to detail, self-organization, among others.",
