Job Description

Purpose of the project

Manage, process and transform operational information to guarantee the availability of reliable data that allows you to optimize decision making and follow business indicators.

Main functions
- Audit the current scheme. Identify redundant tables, costly queries and cross-dependencies.
- Perform data migration from PostgreSQL to MySQL with columnar extension (Citus or pg_analytics), guaranteeing integrity and transparency.
- Design a new data model oriented to charging indicators.
- Document the entire scheme: data dictionary, naming conventions and pipeline flow.

Automation of daily processes
- Design and implement daily ETL pipelines (Python or similar) that replace current manual constraints.
- Automatically generate appointment bases and contact lists for mass email sending.
- Orchestrate the ingestion of data from calls, emails and external updates to the centralized base. Collection reports and indicators
- Maintain and improve dashboards in Power BI or similar platforms with key indicators: Contactability and payment promise rate per portfolio segment, Effectiveness per channel (call, email, WhatsApp), Portfolio aging and recovery per maturity, Productivity per agent and per campaign
- Ensure that reports are always online and updated at the beginning of each operational day.
- Build pre-aggregated tables that feed Power BI in Import mode for maximum loading speed.
- Define and comply with data quality standards: duplication, record validation, null control.
- Create automatic alerts when pipelines fall or data presents anomalies.
- Coordinate with the contact center area to validate that the generated databases comply with the dialers' requirements.

Requirements
- Graduated with a degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or related careers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and management.
- SQL Server at an advanced level.
- Experience in querying, modeling and managing relational databases.
- Experience in Power BI.
- Advanced Excel.
- Desirable experience in process automation using Python.
- Desirable experience in collection companies, contact center or BPO.
- Availability on range: 07:00 am to 07:00 pm (work only 8 hours on range + 1 hour break)
- Count on management tools (PC or laptop, stable internet)
