ZiYU is a company focused on software development for the logistics industry. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Data and Operations Analyst to join the Operations Deputy Manager to support data-based decision making. You will be responsible for building and maintaining key business indicators, developing dashboards that make the operational performance of each client visible, modeling data to answer business questions and automating processes.
It is a role designed for someone with a desire to learn, curiosity about data and motivation to leave a mark.

Build, document and maintain operational KPIs for clients and internal team.
Design and maintain dashboards in Metabase, iterating according to feedback from leaders and clients.
Model data by centralizing information from different sources in reusable datasets.
Write SQL queries to extract and cross-reference information between different data sources.
Generate recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for clients and for internal use.
Validate the consistency and quality of data between platforms, detecting inconsistencies.
Automate tasks using integration and AI tools.
Support cross-platform integrations for automatic data flows.
Perform analysis to answer business questions.
Prepare executive presentations with insights, findings and recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Professional in Industrial Civil Engineering or related field.
Basic/intermediate SQL.
Advanced Excel.
Python for data analysis and management (desirable).
Data visualization: Experience with Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar.
Basic knowledge in data modeling.

Experience in the logistics industry.
You have worked on or had projects with operational or logistical data.
