Due to growth, we are looking for a Parts Distribution Assistant in CDMX with a Home Office scheme.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Completed high school and/or related or truncated Lic.
- Office management: Intermediate Excel
- Management of CRM (Comprehensive Customer Relationship Management System)
- Basic SAP (Desirable)
- Database Analysis Capability
- Distribution of Materials, Inventories
- Logistics
- Planning
- Generation and monitoring of KPIS

Main challenge:
Coordinate the programming, expediting, shipment and delivery of spare parts requirements to customers according to the established program, complying with quantity, quality, cost and time.

Key activities:
- Key strategies of the service area: Communication and Monitoring with the end customer
- Ensure Service Satisfaction through an indicator of the level of spare parts shortages.
- Monitoring of KPIs, interaction of the supply team and service operation
- Locate and ensure the immediate shipment of materials available in FR's status (missing spare parts) from the Spare Parts Warehouses and/or Service network
- Manage the movement of spare parts between modules and Mabe's own workshops to cover the need for the service order in the shortest time possible
- Manage, analyze and notify the service area, modules and workshops of those spare parts that generated a logistical expense of unused inventory in FR'S of the service network.
- Confirm and Monitor the transit of materials, through the management portals of logistics providers (3P'L), ensuring timely arrival.
- KPIs: % Spares ratio, TSS (Sun Service Time), Basic panel coverage (Safety stock, inventory reliability), KPI Shortages, Missing spare parts by area, etc.
- Monitoring of shipment of materials from the above, to reach the satisfaction survey
- Sessions with Service Management to follow up on shortages of spare parts and incidents
