This role is key to carrying out the collection, organization and monitoring of indicators of the company's Sustainability and ESG area, with the ultimate goal of clarifying and streamlining the Reporting process for making key decisions linked to the sustainability strategy and mission of

Main Responsibilities
- Diagram the ESG data ecosystem from collection to visualization.
- Work closely with other areas to request and collect company-wide ESG data.
- Documentation of ESG data collection, analysis and improvement processes.
- Analyze data, identify trends and work with other areas to improve quality and develop improvement action plans.
- Generation of data reports and communications for all levels and stakeholders of the company. - Analysis of carbon footprint management standards, Sustainability risks and Reporting, for internal applicability.

We are looking for someone with a background in Environmental Engineering, ideally with a specialization or focus towards data analysis. It is important to have at least two years of experience participating in initiatives related to ESG indicators, sustainability reporting, carbon footprint management and life cycle analysis. We also value experience in data analysis, sustainability audits, management systems and participation in diversity, equity and inclusion, innovation or social development projects.
In terms of technical knowledge, it is important to be familiar with carbon footprint measurement and management standards such as ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol, as well as sustainability and risk frameworks such as IFC, SFDR, IFRS, GRI, CDP and TCFD. Additionally, experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Python is expected.

We would love to meet you if you also have a specialization or complementary training in data analysis applied to environmental or sustainability issues. It is also a great plus to have worked with advanced data modeling or automation tools, as well as previous experience in building executive dashboards for decision making.
We especially value exposure to international projects or the use of global standards in real contexts, as well as participation in strategic sustainability initiatives within companies or consulting firms.
Finally, it will be very positive if you have an intermediate or advanced level of English, which allows you to interact with technical documentation or international stakeholders, as well as a mentality oriented towards innovation, continuous improvement and process scalability.
