Therefore, our service is critical for the functioning of the State of Chile.
Currently, we are promoting a strategy of
modernization to generate greater efficiency in purchases and public spending
, through the renewal of platforms and services such as the framework agreement store in Magento and new systems that facilitate decision making, monitoring and evaluation of purchasing processes. This transformation includes the move from a traditional architecture based on a physical data center and monolithic systems, towards a multi-cloud software architecture, with both physical and cloud backups.

Functions of the Position
The role focuses on
design, implement and consolidate a comprehensive system for measuring user experience and satisfaction, which integrates analytics, perception studies and artificial intelligence, with the purpose of generating actionable insights that guide decision making

in terms of quality of service and user experience, contributing to the optimization of the journey of users on the sites and platforms of the Public Procurement System
and strengthening their satisfaction, within the framework of the Program to Improve the Quality of Expenditure in Public Procurements. To do this you must:
1. Design and implement the user experience and satisfaction measurement model.
1.1. Design, implement and analyze satisfaction and user experience surveys for the construction of indices such as CES, CSAT or NPS and, in particular, the Net Satisfaction Index.
1.2. Analyze large volumes of data from surveys and user feedback, using descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis.
1.3. Manage, structure and analyze databases from multiple sources, integrating information from surveys and digital behavior to ensure their correct analytical exploitation and deepen the analysis of the user experience.
3. Monitor and analyze the digital behavior of users.
4. Generate timely and quality information for decision making.
5. Collaborate with design, business and development teams to make decisions regarding the design of user experience and services, providing data-based evidence and providing support in the testing and validation processes.
6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the processes in your area, as well as the risks associated with their execution, in order to propose, implement and monitor actions aimed at their optimization and strengthening.
Position Requirements
Professional degree of at least 8 semesters in duration, granted by a higher education institution of the State of Chile or recognized by it, in the field of Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Statistical Engineering, Design, Social Sciences, or related field.
Desirable: Specialization in some of the following areas:
- Digital analytics
- Business intelligence
- Data Analysis
- Research Methodologies
- User Experience
Minimum work experience required:
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and customer experience (CX)
Desirable work experience:
- Experience in customer experience analysis
- Experience in implementation of measurement models, monitoring of metrics and key indicators such as NPS or CSAT and generation of analytical reports for decision making and improvement of products and services in public or private organizations
Knowledge and Tools
Design, implementation and analysis of satisfaction and user experience surveys aimed at indices such as CES, CSAT or NPS.
Research into customer experience and identification of actionable insights from large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to improve services.
Configuration, administration and advanced use of digital analytics tools for analyzing user behavior: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, MouseFlow, Crazy Egg or other equivalents.
Preparation of reports, dashboards and visualizations for decision making.
Desirable knowledge:
Management of visualization and BI tools.
SQL Server basic level.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to user experience analysis.
Use of CRM tools and Experience Management platforms for management and analysis.
Preparation and application of instruments for testing prototypes using tools such as Maze or Useberry.
Conditions
The position has a
gross monthly income corresponding to $2,616,000.-
The contracting method is
fees until December 31, 2026.
Continuity associated with performance and duration of the Public Expenditure Quality Improvement Program
(estimated duration of the program until December 31, 2028)

The work modality is
hybrid, with greater presence at first and then 2 days of presence a week.
