We are looking for a Billing Analyst! \n\nWe are looking for Billing Analysts to join an important project, with immediate start.\n Type: Initial contract for 6 months (with the possibility of extension)\n\n Main functions:\nReview and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the information\nMonitor and follow up on pending invoices\nResolve billing discrepancies with internal and external clients\nMaintain updated billing records, income and provisions\nPerform income analysis (monthly, quarterly and annual)\nExecute calculations of deferred income\nManage sales books and tax reconciliations\nCoordinate with different areas to ensure accurate and timely reports\nEnsure compliance with accounting and financial regulations\n\nRequired profile:\nExperience in financial analysis and reporting (Aging)\nCommunication and negotiation skills\nHigh results orientation\nOrganization and excellent time management\nAbility to solve problems\nAdvanced use of Excel\nExperience with ERP (ideally NetSuite, SAP, Qbiz or others)\nAttention to detail and precision\nCollaborative work and coordination between areas\nHours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (you can define entering an hour early and leaving early)\nWhat are we looking for?\nAnalytical, methodical and results-oriented professionals, with the ability to work in dynamic environments and with a high level of responsibility.",
