Talent Management and Communication Analyst\nWe are looking for a proactive, decisive person with very good organizational skills, who wants to develop professionally in the field of management and communication within an expanding HR consultancy.\nYou will work in direct contact with Management, providing support on various issues of internal management, institutional communication, operational coordination and collaboration with selection and business development processes.\n \nMain Responsibilities\n Accompany management and communication processes and internal coordination of the consulting firm.\n Carry out administrative tasks, monitoring and control of internal processes.\n Collaborate with communication actions on social networks and institutional links (universities, technical schools, etc.).\n Support in logistical activities, participation in events, organization of meetings, and general administrative tasks.\n Collaborate with the selection team in tasks such as writing notices, filtering CVs, scheduling interviews, among others.\n \nThe role may occasionally include special tasks linked to strategic initiatives, technology or supplier management, with increasing autonomy according to profile and evolution.\n \nRequirements\n Complete university graduation in related careers: Human Resources, Communication, Administration, Institutional Relations, or similar.\n Minimum work experience of 2 years in similar functions (management, communication, operational support, HR, etc.).\n Advanced level of English (oral and written).\n Intermediate-advanced command of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, functions).\n Fluent use of digital tools (Drive, Meet, Canva, etc.).\n Profile with technological affinity and agile learning, ideally with interest or experience in artificial intelligence tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Trello, Tactiq, AI, etc.).\n Excellent writing and personal organization skills.\n\n \nValued Competencies\n Autonomy, initiative and eagerness to learn.\n Good interpersonal and written communication.\n Attention to detail, execution and monitoring of tasks.\n Ability to work with multiple topics simultaneously.\n Flexibility, dynamism, openness to feedback and collaborative work.\n \nHiring Conditions\n Mostly remote modality, with the need for face-to-face meetings in the area.
