Do you want to provide services as a freelancer in order tracking and customer service tasks? Join our projects!

We are looking to add freelance managers to accompany the operational management of orders from start to finish, working completely remotely and with flexible hours.

Your role will be:
-Monitor and control orders from start to finish, ensuring that each stage progresses correctly.
-Maintain communication with suppliers and customers to guarantee deliveries and resolve incidents.
-Update information and order statuses in internal systems.
-Detect opportunities for improvement in care and daily processes.

What we value:
-Experience in operational management, order tracking or customer service.
-Good use of digital tools (Google Sheets, Trello, CRM and professional email).
-Organizational capacity, clear communication and detail orientation.
-Knowledge or interest in task automation processes (for example, with tools such as Make, Zapier or similar). It is not exclusive, but it adds up.
