We are looking for a person to join a team focused on the analysis and growth of digital communities. The role focuses on understanding user behavior on various online platforms and converting that information into growth and marketing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Analyze where users gather and how they interact within online communities.
Explore platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter), Discord, forums and creator communities to identify patterns of behavior and conversation.
Detect recurring problems, emerging trends, influential users and growth opportunities.
Translate community insights into practical recommendations for marketing and growth.
Generate prioritized lists of communities with high acquisition potential.
Identify language patterns and early signs of engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to activate detected opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience in managing online communities or growing digital audiences.
Execution-oriented mentality and data-based decision making.
Experience defining and working with growth KPIs.
Good intuition for digital communication and content analysis.
Experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing or analysis.
Ability to iterate quickly and work in dynamic environments.
Experience in experimentation and growth analysis.
Valuable experience in startups, communities or expanding digital ecosystems.

Salary to receive
