WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?\nDesign and execute strategic IT infrastructure plans that guarantee the updating, optimization and security of clients' technological environments.\nManage IT operations to support the client's business, including resource planning, budgets and technical standards.\nProvide advanced technical support (Level 2 and 3) resolving critical incidents and ensuring operational continuity.\nConfigure and manage cloud services (preferably Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365) and associated technological integrations.\nMonitor and improve the performance of the infrastructure, identifying problems and opportunities for innovation.\nManage relationships with clients, acting as a technological reference and aligning solutions to their business needs.\nCollaborate in the design of new infrastructure and security services, proposing continuous improvements.\n\nWHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?\nMinimum experience of three years as an infrastructure administrator in different environments.\nLeadership skills and project management.\nExcellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.\nProfessional and/or technical training in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.\nExperience in project management with Vmware, Linux, Microsoft, Storage, ESET and Veeam is desirable.",
