**Investment Analyst and Real Estate Underwriting (Remote – USD)**

**Main Responsibilities**

* Identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities.
* Perform financial underwriting of development projects.
* Prepare financial models, proformas and profitability analysis.
* Evaluate indicators such as IRR, Equity Multiple and Yield on Cost.
* Research real estate markets and perform due diligence.
* Prepare purchase offers (LOI) and support joint venture processes.
* Work directly with the executive team in the evaluation of new projects.

**Requirements**

* Graduate or advanced student of Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Public Accountant.
* Advanced use of Excel and financial modeling.
* Advanced English (exclusive).
* Analytical profile, results-oriented and with the ability to work autonomously.
* Additional experience or training in Real Estate or Finance is desirable.
