REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND UNDERWRITING ANALYST

An important American company in the real estate development and construction sector is looking to hire a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support the evaluation, structuring and financial analysis of development projects in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Analyze land and residential and commercial development projects.
• Prepare financial models, proformas and feasibility analysis.
• Evaluate profitability indicators (IRR, ROI, Equity Multiple, Yield on Cost).
• Carry out market studies and due diligence processes.
• Participate in the preparation of purchase offers and analysis of joint ventures.
• Prepare reports for making investment decisions.

Requirements:

• Graduate or advanced student of Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related careers.
• Experience in financial analysis, investments or real estate.
• Advanced command of Excel and financial modeling.
• Advanced English (exclusive).
• Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile.
• Experience in real estate development or investment funds is desirable.
