Tender Analyst

As a Bidding Analyst, you will be responsible for strengthening the company's commercial opportunities through the identification, analysis and management of bidding processes related to the sale and installation of electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls, equipment supply and preventive maintenance), as well as the marketing of computer equipment and software licensing.

Main functions:
1. Consult and monitor on a daily basis the contracting processes published on the SECOP platform, in accordance with the economic activities developed by the company, carrying out the feasibility analysis for its participation.
2. Analyze the technical, legal, financial and experience requirements demanded in the processes of interest, identifying opportunities for improvement that allow increasing the company's participation and adjudication capacity.
3. Request and consolidate the documentation required by the different areas of the organization for the structuring and presentation of offers within the bidding processes.
4. Support the organization, updating and documentary control of certifications and legal requirements necessary for participation in tenders, such as Chamber of Commerce, RUP, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST), among others.
5. Prepare and present management reports on the bidding processes analyzed and the improvement actions implemented, contributing to the strengthening of the company's effective participation in the different contracting processes.

Salary: $1,750,000 + transportation assistance + commissions.",
