Job Description

At RTC we are looking for a strategic and operational Digital Marketing Analyst to develop and optimize our acquisition channels.

Your mission will be to transform our digital presence into a constant source of qualified leads, working hand in hand with the Marketing Headquarters and external agencies.

Your role will be to convert digital channels into a consistent source of leads on a sustained basis, recovering and growing organic traffic, maximizing the effectiveness of paid traffic coordinated with the agency.

What profile are we looking for?

* Experience: Between 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, content or growth roles

* Specialty: Solid knowledge in SEO and Content Marketing.

* Tools: Mastery of Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs or others)

* Advertising: Understanding of digital advertising (Meta/Google Ads) for effective coordination with agencies.

* Skills: Highly analytical profile oriented to results, with the capacity for autonomous execution and interest in continuous optimization of digital channels.

Your main challenges will be:

* Organic Growth: Recover and scale SEO traffic by managing the editorial calendar and optimizing the website; monitor rankings, traffic and positioning evolution.

* Own Content Management: Create and publish strategic content (educational / commercial) on social networks and blog to strengthen the brand and capture demand; execute video production when necessary.

* Links with Agency: Be the operational point of contact with the Paid Media agency, validating creatives, messages and landings, coordinating campaign launches, proposing improvements based on campaign data.

Note: You are not expected to directly manage paid campaigns, but you are expected to understand how they work and be able to optimize collaboration with the agency.

* Conversion Optimization (CRO): Continuously improve funnel performance by optimizing forms, lead generation, CTAs and acquisition flows, review and optimize landing pages, support lead nurturing strategies, design and execute experiments to improve acquisition and conversion.

* Data Analysis: Monitor key metrics to improve strategy and prepare performance reports to identify new opportunities for improvement. Analyze web traffic, generated leads and content performance; ensure the correct measurement of traffic, conversions and digital events and
analyze the quality of the leads generated and their behavior in the commercial funnel, to improve acquisition strategies.

Your success KPIs:

* Generation of quality digital leads.
* Cost per Lead (CPL) Optimization.
* Conversion rate on Landing Pages.
* Sustained growth in organic traffic.

What do we offer you?

Base salary of S/. 2,300 monthly (end of month payment)

- SME payroll from day one:
- 15 days of vacation.
- 1/2 salary bonus (July and December).
