The Market Analyst team will work within the marketing and business development area, collaborating with the areas of loyalty and added value management for clients. The objective is to generate competitive and customer intelligence to support strategic decisions on product/service positioning, campaigns and retention. You will work on market research projects, brand tracking, and satisfaction and loyalty studies, with a focus on actionable insights to optimize experiences and business results. Interaction with suppliers and transversal coordination with various internal areas is expected to obtain information and deliver quality output to internal stakeholders.

Main tasks of the role
Benchmark and competitor analysis: collect and analyze strategic information about competitors, including products, prices, positioning, communication and customer experiences.
Gathering information on marketing campaigns: collect and systematize data from own and industry campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
Design and execution of studies: develop guidelines, lead focus groups, configure forms in QuestionPro, coordinate their execution and process data to obtain insights on satisfaction, loyalty and brand perception; prepare and coordinate presentations for stakeholders.
Monitoring of brand tracking studies: supervise and analyze results of periodic brand studies, detect trends and coordinate reviews with brands and suppliers.
Support in loyalty strategies: contribute to the planning and implementation of loyalty and retention initiatives, measuring their impact through behavioral and conversion metrics.
Value add services trends: identify trends in the automotive market and collaborate with the VAS team to evaluate business development opportunities or improvements in existing products.
Profile and requirements
We are looking for professionals with +5 years of experience in market research and qualitative/quantitative analysis who can lead study projects and present results to senior executive positions. Training in sociology, journalism or other related areas is valued. Experience in designing measurement instruments, conducting focus groups, and using survey tools (e.g., QuestionPro) is required. Experience in presentations to managers, synthesis skills, analytical thinking and communication skills are valued. Availability for in-person work 2 days a week is desirable. Priority is given to proactive, results-oriented profiles with the ability to manage multiple projects in a coordinated manner.

Previous experience presenting to senior executives; ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic actions; knowledge of the automotive and value-added services (VAS) sector; experience in project coordination with multidisciplinary teams; management of statistical and data analysis tools; ability to work in dynamic environments and with customer requirements.
