Job Description

Important company requests Senior Business Analyst with more than 5 years of experience to join an agile team. The candidate must have high capacity in articulating business needs with technological solutions, leading digital transformation projects from conception to implementation. You will be responsible for managing the life cycle of digital products, optimizing processes and exploiting data for strategic decision making. From Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in remote mode.

Main Responsibilities:
•\ Analysis and Strategy: Lead Product Discovery processes and perform process diagnostics (AS-IS / TO-BE) to identify opportunities for improvement, operational efficiency and automation.
•\ Agile Product Management: Define and manage the product backlog, create and prioritize user stories, and develop the strategic roadmap. Work under agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure continuous value delivery.
•\ Leadership and Collaboration: Facilitate strategic workshops and alignment dynamics with business stakeholders and technical teams. Act as a key link between the business and technology areas.
•\ Innovation and Quality: Design and propose innovative solutions, including the use of applied AI (virtual assistants, generative AI) and new technologies. Coordinate and accompany functional tests (UAT) to ensure the quality of the deliverables.

Requirements and Skills:
•\ Professional Experience:
•\ More than 5 years of proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Leader.
•\ Solid track record in gathering functional requirements and process modeling.
•\ Experience leading teams and contributing to the standardization of good product practices.
