Payroll Implementer // Payroll Analyst (English B2)\nWe are looking for a Payroll Implementer to coordinate the implementation of payroll software, ensuring compliance with service agreements and contributing to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the business and clients, through project management methodologies and high-level consultative execution.\nObjective of the position\nCoordinate and execute the implementation of payroll and compensation solutions, guaranteeing the correct adoption of the system, compliance with agreed procedures and an effective transition towards the regular operation of the service.\nIndispensable requirements\nHigh intermediate English (B2): oral and written management.\nProfessional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Accounting or related careers.\nExperience of 2 to 3 years in payroll settlement of more than 100 employees.\nExperience in commercial contact with external clients, offering services.\nAdvanced Excel management.\nSolid knowledge in payroll and current labor legislation.\nKnowledge in Project Management.\nMain functions\nGather key information from clients for the implementation of payroll and compensation solutions, identifying requirements and needs of the service.\nDefine the scope of the project, establishing dates, activities and deliverables for the correct planning of the implementation.\nExecute tests in the payroll software (news, settlements, types of contract, types of employee, among others) to guarantee compliance with the agreements of service.\nValidate the implementation of payroll processing in conjunction with the client, providing specialized advice.\nProcess the client's first month of payroll using the implemented solution, ensuring the correct execution of the service.\nCarry out the formal delivery of the payroll to the Payroll Operations Coordinator, documenting and managing the information necessary for the continuity of the service.\nWorking conditions\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, office hours\nSalary: $2,861,000\nBonus: $362,000\nContract: Indefinite\nMode: Remote work\nBase city: Bogotá\nIf you have a consultative profile, technical mastery in payroll, this opportunity is for you.\nApply and lead implementations that do work.",
